Oh, and maybe get them to check your iron levels.  I had to take an iron supplement when I was pregnant (and post partum for several months).  Baby is taking what they need first and perhaps due to feeling lousy you are not eating enough that is high in iron?  Just a thought.  I sure hope you get an energy surge soon!

Aww...sorry your feeling so tired.  Nap whenever you can.  It's tough, but it is short lived...almost 1/2 way there for you!

I hope you feel better soon. I have noticed more fatigue this time around also...though my youngest is going to be 19 in June so my memory could be faulty LOL.

Rest well :)

Almost 44...baby number 5...and it just gets worse.
I think I'm too old to be prego again.
Boys are 23, 19, 16, 2, and one on the way...due Dec 7 and wishing it was over already.
Trying all sorts of veggie juice concoctions to get energy up...just wish the 2 year old would sleep through the night already!
He's a very busy boy...and I'm a very tired mommy.
Guess the fatigue just goes hand in hand with aging...feeling 80 today.

Second trimester energy boost???? Who are you trying to kid Lulu? It's never gonna happen! lol!!!
May we all be blessed with a good nap and a mega energy boost!

I feel your pain!  I'm pregnant with my 3rd child too, 16 weeks 6 days, and have no energy!  I'm ok through most of the day but when late afternoon/evening hits, I'm done.  I have a 9 year old, 3 year old and look after my 11 week old nephew so it gets difficult.  A nurse at my OB's office joked that everything is harder the 3rd time, let's hope not!!! Still waiting for that 2nd trimester energy burst!

Hi Trippy, sorry I don't have a solution, just wanted to say I am feeling like that, I am 42 and carrying my 5th child, I am only 8.4w preg and I have never been this tired with any of my others. I could sleep all day, have no motivation. Thank God I have a very supportive partner.
