Threatend miscarriage

Today, I'm starting my 6th week  (I think) but yesterday I left work early,  went to the ER. I have been spotting which turned into bleeding. This is my 1st pregnancy so I didn't know what is going on,  so went to the hospital.  After, pee, blood and a vaginal ultrasound,  they said my hormones are lower then they should be for pregnancy,  they can't see anything as far as a sac or yolk,  but that could be because it's early too. They are calling this a threatened miscarriage,  and I'm on bed rest for the rest of the week.  My regular ob knows what's going on, she's sick with the flu,  but I hope to hear from my ob soon.
I have no cramping.  I didn't bleed or spot all night last night while sleeping. I had a suspicion my hormones were low because my boobs aren't sore at all.  Anyone else have a similar story? I'm so scared,  but not trying to stress

I'm spotting a lot and the soreness in my breast is gone. Feeling like I'm gonna have a miscarriage. So depressing. I will try and relax and not do anything but lye down today
