anxious worried

I am 38. Am now 7 weeks pregnant I had a misscarriage in June at 7. Weeks. Am worried and anxious to make it to 12 weeks I haven't been to doctors yet am I silly to wait another couple of weeks full I'm further along just in case I loose this baby!

Thanks stacey! Sorry about your loss hang in there! Its just so stressful and hard not to think about it constantly. It does your head in. It's like I'm expecting the worst just in case it goes bad so I won't get dissapointed. I have booked to see go at end of next week!

this is what I do :) and no I dont think your silly at all :) as we get older :/ so do our eggs and as you probably already know, at 38 you still have a really high chance of this baby going right thru till the end, and when we miscarry its due to the age of the egg so its natures way, still hard but if you think of it in those terms its abit easier, I'm nearly 45 and have just lost a pregnancy at 5 wks, but I look at it as an expected outcome until I get one that sticks, I definatley dont think your at that stage yet, so good luck with this one, the odds are on your side :)
