thanks ladiesfor replyin to me,well i'm just home,bad news for me i'm afraid,i have an ectopic,still the other pregnancy not new,they've sent me home and told me to come back on mondayfor the injection,not sure of the name,mex or methrox........a something!is this normal,for me to wait all weekend,i'm worried incase my tube ruptures now,just rang and left my number with g.p to see if he can do it today, then i'm told i have to wait 3 months to ttc again, is it dangerous b4,i am sad that this has happened, but i do know that i can get pregnant now,as i thought i could'nt, this is scary

Sorry to hear you're going through this.  My last preg was an ectopic.  It was one of the toughest of my 10 mcs and seemed like it took forever to get things back to normal.  I had to have two metho shots - I hear that's common.

Hang in there.  After all my grief I am finally 23 weeks.  There is hope.

I am so sorry , I guess now you can maybe rest a little easier knowing the truth... You just stay on top of those docs and if you feel like you aren't getting the best care go somewhere else.. You don't want to mess around with an ectopic... You take care of yourself and keep your chin up,, God Bless you

I am so so sorry. I wish I say the magic words to make all your pain go away. I had m/c in the fall of 06 and I felt like my world had ended. The waiting to TTC is so hard, but me believe me God has a plan for you. I never thought I would be telling people I am 19wks pg, but here I am. There is light at the end of the tunnel even the tunnel feels like it is a million miles long. We are all here for you!!! I will keep you and your dh in my prayers. Just take comfort that now you have a little angel watching over you!!

Hi I am right there with you. I was told I have an ectopic too and I was told to wait til Monday too and I am worried about a tube rupturing too and when you research they say to take care of things right away. Well, here we are waiting a whole weekend with frea and uncertainty..sorry I was so hoping you were pregnant again. I am concerned about the three months of wait too...my husband and I have absatined for th elast month and I am not sure I want to wait a whole nother three months...but I will...and I still say ...in the end it will be worth it...hang in there. I am here if you need me and will be checking in all weekend as well...

Yes I am really surprised they would want to wait until Monday. The soon the better on these types of things.  Even if they don't have an opening, they need to make one.

I had infertility problems before my ectopic so like you said, the fact that you got pg is a good sign.. If you did it once, you can do it again.  

I had the shots (methotrexate) back in feb 07. By May the situation was completely resolved and I was able to ttc again.  By mid june I was pg again and now I'm 34wks.  So there is still tons of hope..
