Go back to your doctor and tell what your feeling and thinking about the results. Sometimes are bodies can play tricks on us especially when we want something really badly. My thoughts and hopes are with you.

Bleeding is certainly possible, but if the ultrasound says there's no baby, there's no baby.  Sorry.

I did with my last pregnancy. I bled several times and ended up in the labor and delivery but nothing was ever wrong.

You wouldn't typically feel baby movement or kicks at 8 werks

It is possible to bleed through out a pregnancy, and in rare cases pregnancy tests continue to be negative, but I very highly doubt a ultrasound would miss a pregnancy especially it it's months into it.

Some bleed all throughout their pregnancies. Doesn't necessarily mean anything's wrong.
