I'm 24 weeks and I don't feel much kickng so I get so nervous that he doesn't have a heart beat. He's not active so it scares me. If he didn't have one, would I be bleeding and cramps?

Do you know where your placenta is?  If it is in the front you won't feel as much.

Have some juice and lay down and see if you feel movment if not call your Dr so they can examine you
