I am having extreme breast tenderness I don't know if I am at 5 weeks or at 9 weeks what would be more likely if I'm having these symptoms

I had breast pain before I missed my period. It got worse and worse up to 12/13 weeks, then eased a lot. Everyone is different so you never know. If you get an early scan they will date the baby by size so you'll know for sure.

Either would be possible. I had breast pain at 4 weeks with this one, but not until 11 weeks or so with last one. If you are 9 weeks you should be getting into see dr soon.
