Listen to your body. If you aren't feeling right, then ask the dr for a blood test.

I have been on synthroid for years too. I am at 175. I just had them check me the other day to make sure I don't need to be adjusted because typically you may need a higher dose during pregnancy.

I've been hypothyroid for 20 years & this is my 3rd pregnancy.  My first one I could talk my meds needed adjusted add I was super tired but the dr didn't think it was necessary to check my levels until I was about 16 weeks. My meds needed adjusted.  The second time, I didn't fluctuate as much. This time I had then check my levels at 12 weeks because I was more than just pregnancy tired. .. it was different.  My levels were pretty high (thyroid really low). I usually am able to get stuff done whilethe kidsnap but I've been needing to nap too so nothing is getting done in the house. They increased meds about a week & half ago.  I'm now at 175.

I  have had it for years and it didn't affect my pregnancy at all they just had to up my meds and I had to take the glucose test twice because they said it could possibly cause diabetes during pregnancy. I'm on synthroid 125 and haven't had any problems im 39 weeks today. You just may get tired or exhausted more esdily.
