Lorazepam is like Xanax: category D and should be avoided during a pregnancy because it can cause birth defects: speak to your Ob-Gyn about it as well about the evening alcohol. But you stopped everything early so chances are that things will be perfectly OK!

Advil is ibuprofen and can cause miscariages. If you still need to take pain medication, I recommend that you switch to acetaminophen (Tylenol) which is safe during a pregnancy.

Benadryl is OK during a pregnancy, my OB-Gyn suggested at some point that I take one pill for sleep - I tried it but it was not helping my sleep.

An MRI and X-ray on your foot are perfectly safe.

I am not a doctor and I strongly recommend that you make an appointment with your OB-Gyn to discuss your concerns and do a first ultrasound on your little one!

It is good that you have given everything up now.  In terms of the drink every day, I know that won't be a concern, just give it up now.  I also don't think any of the things you have been taking on their own would be a concern.  However, the combination of all of them might be a mild concern and it's best to talk to your Dr.  Also, unless your Dr. already knows you are pregnant and has prescribed the Benadryl, you might want to give that up as well.  The x-ray and mri shouldn't be a concern.  Talk to your Dr. about all of these issues though, it's important.  I honestly wouldn't be too worried about it though.  6 weeks is awfully early and lots of women have worse habits then this prior to discovering their pregnancy.  The important thing is to avoid this stuff going forward.  Good luck.
