I didn't feel any movement until my 20th week and even then it felt more like flutters than actual movement.  It's probably due to having an anterior placenta.

I'm 18 weeks and haven't felt movement  though ultrasounds show the baby is very active.

It's not uncommon to not feel the baby until further along (20+ weeks). With my son, I felt him around 16 weeks but with my daughter I didn't feel her until I was 21 weeks. I also found out that I have an anterior placenta (the embryo implanted in the front instead of the back) which makes it more difficult to feel the baby move. Now that I'm 29 weeks I can feel her inside all of the time but I can't usually feel her with my hand or see her kick like I did with my son.
