out of breath

I am 24 weeks pregnant and find that I get winded pretty easily. I feel like there isn't Enough room for food, drink, baby, and breathing. Anyone else feel like this at this stage of the game? What on earth is it going to be like at 34 weeks?!?

Same here and it only gets worse. I'm 34 weeks. I get short of breath easily. I just try to take it easy and stand, sit up, and lay down slowly. It happens because the uterus is pushing your intestines into the diaphram making it harder to move air in and out of the lungs.

I feel the same way. I'm 30 weeks now & have been feeling this way since I was about 26 weeks. It's hard because I want to stay active by taking the stairs at work or walking to get exercise. I can barely make it half-way!

It started at around 26 weeks for me. I'm at 30 now, and it's worse. I can only imagine what it'll be like at 36+...

I feel the same way and I'm only 19 weeks.  Walking through the grocery store feels like I have ran a marathon. I thought this wasn't suppose to happen til 3rd trimester.
