4 weeks is still pretty early for full healing of a c-section. I've had 2 and will have another with this baby. (My babies were both big and neither dropped on their own.) Everyone is a little different for healing times, but you'll probably start feeling better in a couple more weeks. Remember that a c-section is considered a major surgery because of all the layers they have to go through to get to the baby. Take it easy, enjoy your new baby and try to rest when baby naps. Best wishes.

My youngest is still 5 and I have no feeling in my stomach, totally numb.  Some people will regain feeling, some won't the nerves have been cut.  Wish you the best.
