Mine lasted really bad for almost a week. I couldn't barely walk and nothing would relieve it. I could lay down or sit it didn't help. It would help a little with a heating pad (not a whole lot) but only when the heating pad was actually on me, the min I took it off it was back to being the really sharp consistent pain. The only thing that helped a little when I was walking was the belly band. I hope that helps, but if your really worried about it I definitely would say something to your doctor

Sounds like round ligament pain to me. I had it really bad on my right side as well and pretty much exactly how you are describing it. I wouldn't worry it should go away in 3 or 4 days. If you haven't gotten one invest in a belly band, that helped me.

Right side pain could be something bad. I would call my doctor right now.
