I'm a MOM of 4 boys:=) 15,11,7,and 4 year old who has Down Syndrome.I have tub tide and now i feel my breast pain , tire and just don't feel good. Did i'm pregnet ???

if you are in doubt, take a pregnancy test.  as adgal said, just talk to your dr why you may not be feeling well.

If you have had your tubes tied it is not very likely, however it is possible.  Just very very unlikely.  There are many possible reasons for how you are feeling, and I would suggest you make a Dr.'s appointment.
