we r planning for a second baby.i am 37  we r not using any birth controls still i am not gettin pregnency can  i get suggetion from medical community i am having a small sist in my ovary my periods r very regular 28 days cycle

I am not sure how long you have been trying, but if its been longer then 6 months, you may want to see an RE.  Us 35+ ladies can have some extra challenges, but there are sure lots of women here who get pregnant and have healthy pregnancies!!  All the best of luck to you!!!

An ovulation predictor kit is a test that looks for luteinizing hormone (LH). Just prior to ovulation, women experience a short surge where the LH level rises to a higher level. The OPK will help you pinpoint this surge and help you predict when you will ovulate.

Have you spoken to your doctor? That's always a good place to start, especially if you have a cyst. Also, many of us have used ovulation predictor kits...that's what did it for me. Come to find out, I thought I was ovulating later in the month than I actually was.
