worried

hi im 44 and having my 5th child , i am 9 weeks today . i lost a baby this time last year it had stopped growing at 6 weeks and i had to have a dc when i was 11 weeks , the problem im having now is i have got the  feeling im going to come on and have a slight discharge ,also i had a streak of blood when i went to the toilet yesterday , nothing major though the other thing is my boobs have been sore for a few weeks and since i started having this feeling they have stopped being sore im so worried the baby has stopped growing again as any one else had any thing like this happen to them .

well bad news had my scan and baby only measured 5-6 weeks and no heartbeat going to re scan me next week incase i had my dates wrong but i know my dates where right so do i try again or call it a day not sure what to do now as my age is against me any advise out there .

Hi,

this could be just natural anxiety because of what happened with the last pregnancy, with the spotting and other symptoms not being a concern.

however, best would be to go to your obe for a checkup and make sure all is as it should be, and put your mind at rest.

If all is not ok, at least you'll know.  And way better to know than to be dwelling on something that may or may not be.
