sick and tired of being sick and tired

I'm 36yo & 8 1/2 weeks pregnant with my second child.  I am sorry to vent but I'm seriously nauseous all the time (not vomiting).. and the level of fatigue is so much more than what I remember from when I was carrying my son.  (Now 2).
The worst thing is the only thing my helps the nauseous feeling is eating.  I'm already a curvy girl and afraid I'm going to be a house by the time this baby comes.  Help!! Any tips or encouraging words are welcome

I ate like a cow the first three months lol. It helped a lot. Now I'm gaining like a pound every two weeks. It's way more important that you're eating. Don't worry it all evens out.

When I was sick, I ate tons of fruit and veggies, cucumbers always felt great in my belly! :)  If you're snacking, eat things that take more calories to digest than they contain, like celery.

Thanks N.. :). I am praying for a girl. I have been drinking ginger ale and tea. Haven't tried orange in it yet though.  I'm hoping that this passes after I'm into the 2nd trimester.
