Emetrol for nausea might help and try to keep anything that smells away. I don't let anyone cook in this house and everyone has to eat outside lol... I'm so nauseous I just want to cry all day.. Good luck

There are a few things such as pressure points that will help. Looks up preggie pops. Those work for some people as well. You can find those in a few places like some Walgreens and at motherhood maternity. If all natural methods do not work (like the grapes or ginger previous) the re are medicinal options. Vitamin b6 and Unisom. That sleep aid is on the safe list. The mixture works well for some. Other options are reglan which can be prescribed as can zofran. I have used every option mentioned in this pregnancy and am 37 weeks. Hope something works for ya.

I've been really sick too with my past two pregnancies...all day morning sickness.( this is my fourth). On my third my Dr. Recommended vit. B6 25mg 2 x/day (I'd check with your dr), antacid tab(famotidine), and a sleeping pill. (of course I'd check with your dr on what they suggest) but it worked for me. This time, I just called my dr, and he gave me a prescription for an anti nausea pill. I've still been sick some, but not nearly as bad. The prescription can make you constipated but if your getting dehydrated that's not good either. I just about hated the thought of anything...even water made me want to throw up. I really feel for you. Don't let it get too bad. You don't want to get dehydrated. If you can't find things to help, call your Dr. Best of luck to you!

Grapes really helped me, and watermelon as well as water.

Flat pop like sprite or ginger ale might help. Eating small frequent meals and sticking to bland things like crackers, toast, etc may also help. They make these lolly pops called preggie pops that are supposed to be good for nausea but I never tried them.
