Ask your Dr to strip your membranes it's much better then being induced. Goodluck

Don't do it unless you have to. I've been induced 2x and its more painful and intense than natural labor also it may not work and then Its a c section. The side effect of induction meds is uterine rupture. Its meant for medical necessity!

I have been induced 2x I don't recommend it unless tru ely needed, makes the pain worse, contractions harder it not natural. I know the feeling was induced a week early with my pretty big twins and same with my son on his due date. Going to try for natural this time, except epidural due to scar tissue I have no chose in that

I am 39 weeks 1 day and I tried everything at 37 weeks on and my little boy didn't come I just made myself miserable even more than I was. My advice is to wait it out and dont get induce unless its a need be thing.. because half the time it makes labor longer and more painful than it has to be.

I'm in the Same situation having a little boy too I really don't want stuff being injected to me so I'm probably going to try natural inducing like sex, stimulating nipples, light exercise, eating dates things like that. Goodluck I did do the nipple thing last night idk if it was in my head but I did feel two big contractions maybe it works well see haha
