what kind of vitamin

what kind of vitamin r u taking? I am 5 wks . just find out now. I am worried if I was late for any vitamins and please put ur advice on vitamins. I am a healthy 38 yr old.

Is there a difference in the amount of vitamins a pill gives out as opposed to a gummy vitamin? The nature made w/ dha are so difficult to swallow.

Ive been taking a prenatal from twinlab, I get them at sprouts plus a fish oil suplement

Nature Made prenatal multi + DHA......DHA very important for the baby's brain development. Never made me sick either. .good luck :)

You're not too late.  I take the gummie  vitamins because all the others make me sick.

I like DaVinci brand. They don't make me nauseous. No dha though so I take a supplement

And don't worry hun you are not late in taking vitamins. You will be fine. Just find one that works for you because some of the vitamins out there can make you sick

I am taking all the vitamin B's, vitamin D and Folic Acid.

I am taking Nature Made prenatal multi + DHA I started the vitamins 2 months before getting pregnant and they never made me sick... Not even in my first trimester.... And plus the DHA is good for the baby's brain

I am takin prenatle vitamens. It has  folic acid, calsuim, iron, and others

Folic acid  is the most important- get some as soon as you can- prevents "neural tube defects"
In my country iodine also recommended.
