Please tell me I'm Overreacting

Hello Ladies,
I'm almost 10w pg with twins.  Woke up this morning with these stupid ideas in my head that something is wrong.  My OB apot is not till wednesday.  Anywasy I don't have any pg symptoms any more.  Nausea is gone, it was very mind to begin with.  I'm not sleepy anymore, I'm not showing yet (but that might be too early), so far I haven't gained a lb.  I'm not feeling bloated or anything no more cramps.  Right away I started to panic that what is something went wrong.  Am I supposed to be having any sensation or feel some fullness in the belly area?  Please tell me I'm just exhadurating!

we've had several posts like this in the past.  many have had symptoms vanish between 10-14 weeks.  so sick, then symptoms gone.

Here's an article explaining it:

I was sooo much like you (except I'm only pg w/a singleton) with crazy thoughts.  Try to relax because I'm willing to bet those 1st trimester symptoms (which by the way make a nasty reappearance in the 3rd trimester) will come back for a final appearance.

Thanks so much, these statistics are very helpful.  Yea my boobs don't hurt much during the day, but at night they still hurt.
We told our parents right away and last weekend we told our one of our closets friends.  Tonight I was thinking of telling my very close friend (who has 19 mont old twins) , and thats when I started thinking all these crazy thoughts.  Maybe I'll just hold of until my appt, and make sure that babies have grown since last time.  Last time they were 1.69mm and 2.21mm.  So one is bigger than the other, but RE said it's normal.

I'll just try to stay patient till wednesday.

It is common for symptoms to come and go, especially as you near the end of your 1st trimester. Mine suddenly disappeared at 9 1/2 weeks. I was very nervous, but everything turned out fine. I'll be 32 weeks tomorrow. Try not to worry. Plus, if this is your first pregnancy, it may be several more weeks before you start showing. Best wishes.

I know how scary that is---When I am not feeling nauseous, I am grateful...but yet panicy!!  I am 8 wks. with twins.  I told my dh we are telling no one until we get that 10 wk ultrasound done!
I have read that your sore bbs can go away right before the end of the first trimester.  My books (I know, I read too much!!!!!!) also said that with twins you may not show until the fourth month (like a lot of singleton pregnancies) and then the the "growing" is on!!!  The uterus is really expanding between week 6-9 and that is why we have some cramping...but then it tapers off for a while.
Eventhough I get reassurances from everything I am reading....I still walk around in panic mode!!!!
Let us know what happens after your appt!!!
