Presuming you had an ultrasound recently that showed this? Cord is often around babies neck and often not an issue as it is long, and most often doesn't tighten. Some midwives /docs don't even release it over the head during deliveries anymore as they think the less handling the better for blood supply.  However, I would call your obstetrician right now and check if you should go to hospital or to get checked to see if you are in labour yet, as if you were to deliver and the cord is around baby's neck you want some experienced hands on deck (and I would want baby to be monitored during labour for any signs of distress).

It would probably be quicker to go to the hospital and check into labor and delivery. There they can monitor you better, and if you need to deliver at least you're already at the hospital. I hope everything is fine.
