I'm concerned that may not be the right advice! Ask your midwife or doc ASAP. The less room there is the more you should feel the movements. You should have about 10 episodes per day minimum. If baby has been moving a lot and now is moving less sit still, have something to eat and drink and see if it starts up again. This could be a sign your baby is distressed. Seek help and don't ignore reduced movements!
It's very common for movement to slow down. I'm 37weeks with baby #3. This is all normal it's just baby is growing and less room for baby to move around. Goodluck and if you don't notice any movement at all then I'd call your doctor. But most likely it's just running out of room so baby is less likely to be able to move as much.
I am 37 weeks also. My movement has slowed down a lot. Was told that's because baby is growing. I always say when in doubt call your doctor. It never hurts to be on the safe side. Good luck
