Hello girls, today I got really upset and started getting pains and cramps. Later, upon going to the bathroom, I realized I was bleeding, not alot, but nonetheless, bleeding. Could I now be miscarrying? Thank you
Any bleeding accompanied by cramps should be taken seriously. Did you call your doctor? Has the bleeding stopped? Light bleeding and spotting is very common in early pregnancy. I had it too. But, if you are bleeding comparable to a menstral period and it continues for a day or so, this is usually an indication of miscarriage. It doesn't sound like this is the case for you, but pls call your dr anyway. Pls keep us posted.
I agree with Pam. If you cannot get to your doctor right away you might want to consider going to the ER. I am currently 14 weeks and I have already gone to the ER twice once at 5wks and once at 11wks for spotting and cramping. My turned out to be because I have placenta previa. I would not by any means think it is over! Get checked out and report back immediately!!!
I am with the others. Spotting and bleeding are pretty common, but you need to get checked out. Sooner is better then later if for nothing else but your peace of mind. Please let us know how you are doing! All the best to you.
