Exhausted

My due date is tomorrow and for the past 2 night I have not been able to sleep, my eyes are starting to hurt and I'm feeling dizzy. Anyone got some tips on how to get sleep. I tried warm milk and using pillows to support my back, belly and legs. Any suggestions?

Pastas turkey alot of things have tryptophan.  Which is why ever is sleepy after thanksgiving dinner. When im having a really tough night sleeping i sleep in a recliner sitting mostly upright much more comfy. But make sure ur legs are UP..  Good luck.

Try a banana and honey, milk.and icecream in a blender. Bananas have something called tryptophan in them that helps you sleep and the honey is in place of sugar. :-)

Peppermint is for indigestion.  Ginger tea is also good for digestion.  The chamomile is good for sleep. Your due date is simply a guideline.  All I can tell you is (and this comes from experience)...try to get as much sleep as you can during this "crunch time".  Labor is a whole lot of work, which can be more difficult if you go into it tired.  Best wishes for a smooth labor and delivery.  It won't be long now.
