How early is too early?

Just wondering how early is really too early for you to feel baby move?  I'm on baby #2 and I'm 14 wks 2 days and really believe that starting last week I've been able to feel a few flutters. With my first I definitly felt baby move by 15 weeks. Okay mommas, what do you think or what have you experienced?

Thank you for the input everyone. As the days go by I am feeling more and more movement, mostly little flutters, mostly evening when I'm sitting still but it is definitely baby. :) Happy Pregnancy to all the mommas!  :)

14 wks is not too early, I felt my first son at 15wks and with this current pregnancy at around the same time.  I don't really think that ppl can feel their baby before 10 wks, the baby is just way too small at that point..

First pregnancy and I felt movement from around 15 weeks.  I suspected earlier but didn't realise what it was. 15 weeks was clearly defined.  20 weeks now and my lovely man felt his first kicks last night which I thought was too early. But obviously not!

For a second baby, 14 weeks isn't too early.
