Ketoconazole 2% cream
Did any of u ladies ever use ketokonazole 2% cream during pregnancy? I have seborrheic dermatitis and I'm afraid to use the cream, which I really need!! Was anyone else in a similar situation? What did u do?
I use it. My doctor said not to use it during the first trimester, so I've been avoiding it, but I'm in the last trimester now, and my doctor isn't worried. It can cause cleft palette, but not after everything is developed later in the pregnancy.
