I'm 27 weeks and have gained 29 pounds putting me at 154. This app says that it is excessive weight gain. Should I worry?

The real weight gain doesn't happen until after 30 weeks when the baby goes on a huge growth spurt.  As long as your eating healthy, nothing to worry about.  Everyone's body has there own gauge.

Sounds like you are retaining a lot of water. I would talk to your Dr about this.  It could be a few different things. With my first pregnancy I gained 45lbs, mostly water weight. It was so bad you could play tic tac toe on my leg with just the tip of your finger.  This time I only gained 10 because of the hyperemesis. The Dr had me elevate my feet slightly above my heart for a few weeks and cut out all added salt.

I'm 27 weeks and weigh 147 and have gained 21 lbs and it says I have excessive weight gain too! Hopefully it's wrong and I won't gain a whole lot more than 10lbs the rest of the pregnancy!
