Pressure

I'm just shy of 37 weeks and tonight I feel a lot of pressure in my butt/lower back/lower tummy. I thought maybe it was a BM, but even after I did, the pressure was still there. So I took a shower and noticed the pressure was made worse by bending over (to dry off) and lifting my legs.
My belly gets hard every now and then and it makes it a little hard to breath but there's no real pain (just uncomfy) nothing consistant, and no blood.
Anyone else have this or have any advise on how to maybe ease the uncomfortableness?

Yes they are more than likely braxton Hicks contractions...i am 38 weeks and 5 days the only thing that helped me was a heating pad either on my lower back or between my legs right againts my vaginal area...i still have alot of pressure and im currently actually taking physical therapy to try to help.....so i recommend a heating pad an or a maternity support belt works wonders....GOOD LUCK
