You can take acetaminophine. I take Tylenol. It works for me.
I'm trying to avoid acetaminophen. I already have a daughter who struggles with ADHD, and recent studies show a possible link. So, although it is still on the "safe" list, by way of personal discretion I'm trying to not use it.
Try a little caffeine. Make sure you are eating and snacking regularly. Significant other available? Temple, foot and shoulder rubs. Staying well hydrated. Sometimes i have to unplug...no TV,cell etc. A warm bath in the dark with mellow music.
Relax....n stay hydrated....
Headaches are caused from brain aches..you must be over thinking or something
No point of use for medication, that's unnatural !

I was having headaches so bad i thought my head was gonna explode. I kept complaining to the dr because NOTHING was working. She finally gave me flexoril. The miscle relaxer. I use medication as a last resort, and i was desperate for anything to work. They worked on the spot. Maybe ask for that?
Soak your feet in warm water while at the same time drooping your head down & applying ice to the back of your neck. Also, try a cold wash cloth on your forehead.
