please help

Hi, my last period began on July 7. This month I have no menstruation, but have the symptoms.Last august 13 have a transvaginal ultrasound and says that I have an anteverted uterous with multiple myomas, also an enlarged  uterous. Also says that that the endometrial cavity is empty with 0.9 cm endometrium, related to menstrual stage.I know my hormones are changing because of my age, but I just want that anyone can confirm that i am not pregnant with this transvaginal results.Thank you

Many things can cause a late or missed period, pregnancy is only one of them. How long is your usual cycle? When have you had intercourse? Are you using any form of contraception?

As far as I know, an ultrasound cannot positively rule out pregnancy because what shows on an US depends on how far along the pregnancy is. In very early pregnancy, it is possible nothing would show on US.

Well, I don't think anyone can confirm except a Dr.  I know that I am certainly not qualified to help with this..sorry, wish I could.  What were your Dr's comments?
