Ok serious question I just lost my mucus plug last night and this morning at 38weeks and 5 days will my water break any time now and can labor start very soon? Please let me know

It was huge with blood in it and my birthday is on the 31st of July. Ill be 24 years old.

Water doesn't always break with a gush. Sometimes its a leak or slow trickle.

I lost my plug thos past Thursday and still haven't gone into labor.  It all just depends...

What did the mucus plug look like? Size etc? You will know when ur waters break its like emptying a bucket lol

Labor can start hours to a week after losing plug. Your water may break (trickle or gush) on its own. Or u may just start having contractions.

Thank you ho will I know my water breaks cuz when I had my son two years ago my water didn't break the doctor's had to break it for me?

When I had my first son my mucus plug came out and i called the dr and told them. they told me to wait and that was about 10ish and my water broke at 3am.But yes ur water can break at anytime so be prepared congrats and good luck
