I'm with Ftmforthewin; I'm also 20 weeks and my insomnia has just gotten worse as the pregnancy has progressed. This is my 3rd pregnancy, and I don't think it was like this with my previous two. Perhaps because I'm older? The body pillow helps be more comfortable, for sure. And I agree with warm shower, drinking warm milk (tho that will get you peeing at night), listening to soothing instrumental music... Anything to lull you. You'll sleep eventually! And if you don't but can take a nap during day, I strongly suggest it.

I feel your pain I'm 20 weeks and it doesn't get better! But thankfully there are things you can do to help! Get a big huge body pillow, they are very comfy and help if you sleep with part of it between your legs (if you are on your side) and helps super your growing belly. before bed, try getting a sleep routine down, like quick warm shower before bed, reading, warm milk, whatever you like and try that. If you have any pains my Dr said Tylenol is ok to take, but ask your Dr first of course! Hope this helps!
