Thank You Ladies For The Helpful Suggestions( :
Having trouble catching your breath and breathing is very common in pregnancy, especially in the third trimester. the baby is pushing up against your diaphragm, which can cause a short of breath sensation (I get this all the time). Also, if you lay flat on your back, the baby presses again the vena cava nerve, which restricts blood flow to you and the baby, causing problems breathing. Thus it is advised to not lay flat on your back unless your back is elevated. Laying on your left side is best, followed by your right side.
They say its not good for you to lay on your back when your pregnant its to much pressure on u and the baby they say its best to lay on your left side. You should talk to your doc about this they should have told you about it but they might have thought you new cuz this is your second baby
PS: I found this information for pregnant Moms from the National Sleep Foundation (non-profit organization).

Hi
I saw your post about having difficulty breathing when you lay flat on your back and urge you to call your doctor to let him or her know that this is happening. It is probably nothing to worry about, but there are a few serious conditions that have this symptom and you really just need to get it checked out.
Wishing you a lifetime of happiness with your growing family.
