Any ladies due April 09?

I am interested to know how many Moms-to-be are also due In april....I just thought it would be nice to get in touch with ladies who have a similar due date to me (April 14th), just to be able to share what we're going through at more or less the same time..I am half way through my 11th week (and can't wait to hit the end of the 12th week so I can stop worrying a little!), and have been very lucky so far, in terms of having little or no nausea...in fact no complaints at all really apart from sore bbs (and the fact they've doubled in size!). I am due for my nuchal scan next Tuesday and can't wait to hear that heartbeat again!
I hope to hear from some of you ladies, and find out what stage you're at etc...
Anyway, hope you all enjoy the next 6 (more or less) months left and have a happy and healthy time!

hi there - reading your post, I think it was probably intended for me, not Helen...no matter! You say 'only just' about your 9th week...hang on in there! That's actually quite far gone to start being really positive...try and forget past negative experiences - this is a totally different pregnancy/scenario etc etc...this is coming from me who, as I said in my first post, is absolutaely terrified!! I can't wait to see/hear the hearbeat again tomorrow at the N. scan - that'll be another 'milestone' for me...and then only7 more days until I'll have finished my 12th week!!! The the world can start knowing!!
I'm so sorry to hear about your previous loss - I can't imagine how hard that must have been. That, plus your age (I have 2 great friends -one 41 had her 2nd child and the other 43 had a baby - both no problems) - but I can understand why you're anxious, and also why 3 weeks seems a lifetime away at the moment. It'll come really soon - and don't forget that 9 weeks is quite well on - a much much lower risk factor by now. Remember too that by the end of week 11 (not so far away really!) the baby is COMPLETELY formed by then (all it has to do is grow!).
Is this your first baby? Have you scheduled a nuchal scan or amnio? Are you having any pg symptoms at all?
Anyway, keep well - and keep my posted with you news! I'll let you know how my scan goes...
Keep positive!!!

Hello Helen72!
I am due April 27.  I am only just coming up to my 9th week so am still in that terribly paranoid stage!  I had a scan at 7 weeks and all was well except for a possible hormone defficiency which is being managed (supposedly) by progesterone supplements, and the wait for the second scan in 3 more weeks is killing me!  I am 42 - so there is extra worry there!!!  I've been in the situation before where i had an early scan, all is well, then weeks and weeks later have gone for the second scan only to find development stopped weeks before!  I am so scared of having that again.  But I don't want to be negative - only positive energy here!!!

Congrats on reaching the end of your 1st trimester!  Good luck with your nuchal scan next week!

OK I'll check it out - thanks! I'm doing just great, really really great. Never, in fact, felt better (most people don't know yet, and must think I've won the lottery or something as I'm looking good (rare for me to say that!) and have a permanent smile on my face!
Anyway, how are you? Nice to hear from you again! Take care...
