Hip pain and pregnancy

I get ready bad pain in. my hips at night from sleeping on my sides. I'm 34 yrs old and 22 weeks pregnant. The farther along i get the worse the pain. I constantly toss and turn at night and can only stay on one hip for twenty mins. I sleep with a pillow between my legs but it doesn't help. Any suggestions, I'm so tired because I can't sleep.

The Snoogle body pillow. I swear by it. I configure it so I can almost sit in it like a pool floatie with the top of it angled up, so I am propped up a bit and not flat on my back. I never thought I would be able to sleep this way at first (I am a stomach sleeper in my pre-preggo days), but boy was I wrong. At 21 weeks, it's my go-to position for a good night's sleep!

My hubs bought it for me for Christmas on Amazon:

Hi, There is a belt that goes around your hips, I don't remember what it's called but it like hold your hips and keeps your pelvis from moving. When you get pg your pelvis softens for your belly and birth so your hips kinda move like it never did before. I hope you feel better!
Hugs,
