LMAO....I can't believe the things I'm willing to admit on this site....but here it goes....I am 6 weeks and 4 days PG....and I can't stop thinking about SEX!  I haven't had it since my f/u IUI sex because I was worried.  Now the MD says it's ok....but I can't seem to stop worrying that having the "Big O" (which seems impossible to NOT have if I had sex right now considering my libido if you catch my drift) will cause my uterus to contract and kill my baby.  I don't want my selfish primal urges to interfere with this pregnancy! LOL  Hubby is equally as worried and thus thwarting any "opportunities".  I've been researching...and get mixed information which tells me that I should probably trust my gut and refrain.  Man....all my vices seems to be going by the way side....but certainly worth it....I'm NOT complaining....just bummed and "Hawny".  :)   What have been YOUR experiences in this ("eh hem") area?

I was the same way with my 1st! Unfortunately, I was having marital trouble at the time and my ex wasn't interested in me for most of my pregnancy! I'm hoping I'll be that way this time too, so I can enjoy it with my DH but so far, not. I'm hoping it's just because we are so worried about hurting the baby too. I know that's irrational but, we haven's done anything since we found out because we're so afraid of doing something to cause me to loose this baby! I go for my US today though, I hope that will ease our minds.
AdrienneLIQ, I'd go for it if the doc says it ok. It's time to experience "multiples" if you haven't before! Sorry if that was TMI! :) Have fun!

As long as OB says you can, go for it!!  I wanted nothing to do with sex while I was pregnant, so have fun!!

I totally agree with everyone else! If you got the green light from your OB, then go ahead girl and live it up!!!! Because once the baby comes the bed will be only for sleeping!!!!!!

I am jealous too!  I have had no libido since becoming pregnant (good thing my partner is so understanding, poor thing).  I would enjoy every moment.  Unless your doctor has put you on "pelvic rest," sex is perfectly safe in pregnancy.

pregnancy sex can be the best sex for many women.  some will have the big O for the first time or make it even better!!  unless your dr says to stay away, enjoy it now because after the baby comes it wont happen as often lol.

I'm thinking...you lucky lady!!!!  I had absolutely no interest in sex while pregnant and quite frankly still don't.  Sex is safe during pregnancy though, unless your OB tells you to refrain, so try not to worry and enjoy enjoy enjoy!!!!!
