Please. I need Advice on when to take a pregnancy test...

This may sound foolish and I dont even know if I am posting in the right forum, but I am needing some advice. I had my menstrual in September but for the life of me I cant pinpoint the date. I do know that it was towards the end but I am not too sure. I've had sex from 10//08-10/15 with my bf (who is dying for me to have a baby). I have began experiencing cramping like AF was on her way and a few times I have literally ran to the bathroom thinking she was starting only to see this milky white discharge. Now my breasts are beginning to have a burning sensation and they are sore closer to the chest and armpit area if i press on them. I am also beginning to feel hot as well and my gums are bleeding whenever I brush my teeth...WTF?

Thing is although we had sex pretty much everyday from 10/8-10/15 and we are still going like little jackrabbits. I took it upon myself to do 4 pregnancy tests on the 18th, 21st, 24th and 25th and all were negative. Do you think I tested too early being that we just started having sex this month? We are still humping like jackrabbits () although we are faced with this situation. If anyone can give me the best time to test to really make sure that I am negative, I would really appreciate it! Does anyone think I tested too early?

Even if it is too early for a home test, you could take a blood test at your Dr.s  Ask him for a beta test.  That will tell you for absolute certain as the pregnancy hormone that triggers a positive urine test will show in bloodwork much earlier.  Or just wait it out.  The wait and see is the worst!  Hope this turns out however you would like it to.

I dont know. I havent been tracking my cycle in 3 years because I havent been having sex. I guess the "humping" was to make up for lost time. LOL. When I use to chart before my last pregnancy, it was about 28-30 days, but that was 3 years ago and I know that I'm older and my body is different. I couldnt tell you how long my cycle is now. It seems to range from 30-33 and thats a big guess. I'm trying to hold out for next week, but after I woke up this afternoon from yet another nap, i felt queasy...Also, I find myself running to the bathroom a little bit more...Ugh....

Lucky you for being in such a "happy" relationship..lol.  I have a toddler and can't even remember what it's like to be that way..lol.

How long are your typical cycles?  That would help.  If they are about 28 days, and your last period was around the end of Sept, chances are you ovulated around the 12th to 14th of Oct.  (just a guess), so it is very possible that you took the test too early.  Also, it sounds like your urine was probably diluted.  Wait until monday or so, then try the first response with first morning urine (I find collecting it in a paper cup and "dipping" works best).

Good luck!

Thank you for responding. I neglected to mention that 3 out of the 4 tests (2 of of them were FRER tests and the first 2 were family dollar cheapies)taken (with the exception of one being too early but i tested anyway), I didnt use FMU and it was right after having something to drink. As far as waiting to the last day of unprotected sex, thats going to be a hard one because we are still sexually active (cant keep our hands to ourselves unfortunately), so I dont even know which day to choose to test from!

The best time to take a test is the day you miss your period.  If, as in your case, your unsure as to when your period is due, wait 2 weeks after unprotected sex.  If you had your period towards the end of Sept. and are typically a 28 to 30 day cycle, I would try the end of Oct.  Some tests do work well early, it depends on the brand.  Try a First Response with first morning urine.  Good luck!
