Sharp shooting pain in ''va-j-j''

Hey girls!  I've been having some pain in my whooha, kind of like electric shocks down there!  It's kinda hard to explain.  What is this!  Cervix moving...baby dropping??  I've been feeling him lower I think, everytime I move it's very uncomfortable down there. I feel like he's going to pop out any second! Any of you experiencing the same?

I was having a bit of mild shooting pains last night. Drank a bunch of water and that seemed to help . . . it was very similar to the pains I had when I was dehydrated a few weeks ago.  (37w4d)

I am 35w5d also!!!  I know the sensation!!  Hurts like all get out!!  My doc said earlier on that it is ligaments and muscle in your stomach that cause that pain down below.  However, I have heard that this can be a sign that your cervix is dialating.  I have it almost nonstop!!  Feels like the baby is pinching my cervix!  I'll see on monday if I am dialating at all!!

Well, same due date..that's great!    :))

My ob checked my cervix on April 29th and I was already dilated 1.5cm...!  Whatever that pain is, it's not fun!  But as kelly said, means we're getting closer, I'll take that!
