I'm very, very doubtful that you're pregnant - it's extremely rare (I can't emphasize that enough) for a tubal of that long fail although not completely unheard of. That being said, I think your doctor should conclusively rule out pregnancy by doing a blood test other than a urine if he hasn't done so already. I also think they should do a pelvic u/s as well.
Your symptoms could mean anything like some kind of hormonal imbalance. It's difficult to say - you could go to the expert forum & ask the gynecologist his opinion. I believe they charge $22 (or something like that) to ask but it probably would be worth it.
Yes, It is possible to become pregnant after tubal ligation surgery. I became pregnant at 36, just about a year ago after having this surgery done 7 years ago. We lost our baby at around 10 weeks possibly due to low progesterone. I'm now waiting to see if I could be pregnant again, but need to wait a few more days to see if I miss my period and/or do a pregnancy test.

Anything is possible, however it is not very likely. In all honesty, the only way to know for sure is too take a pregnancy test. Good luck.
