I also was told that the numbers doubling is what really matters, and yours are doing that.  I think everything sounds just great!  Good luck to you.

My beta was only 40 at 14dpiui (4 weeks). At 4 weeks,6 days it was 320. My RE said as long as it keeps doubling, then it is fine. Also, when I had my 1st u/s, the bean was measuring 2 days "younger" than I estimated from the day of my IUI.

My RE assured me that so long as the numbers are rising and close to doubling, no worries.  It's possible conception & implantation happened later and you are earlier than you think.  They won't know until the first u/s.  At my clinic, they do the first u/s when hcg levels are at about 10000, then they look for a heartbeat.  The u/s will also help to date your pregnancy.  I'm all worried about numbers too, but your numbers are rising and doubling, so that's positive.  I have no idea what the high progesterone means, if anything.  Good luck!

It honestly seems a little low for 5 weeks but check out the website for American Pregnancy association (can't provide the link as it'll get blinked out).  It gives a more comprehensive list of normal hcg levels.  Also, whattoexpect.com - it does the same thing.

Since your hcg level doubled though, I take that as a very good sign.  Your progesterone too is very, very high.  Are you taking progesterone supplements of some kind?
