sore breasts b/4 ovulation

I don't know if this is the right forum to ask this question, but here goes....In the past I sometimes get sore breasts after ovulation, but can you get them before?

I had a m/c 15 days ago.  My hcg returned to 0 (I'm assuming b//c I had a negative hpt) sometime in the past 4 days.  (took the test yesterday and it was negative, but didn't test for the few days b/4 so it could have negative b/4 yesterday)

Yesterday I was cramping and my breasts started hurting.  And today they still hurt.  It's not bad...just sore around the front and nipples. Plus they are a bit heavier.  I'm getting a negative on the OPK (took one 4 days ago and one yesterday and one today)  I don't ever remember sore breasts b/4 I ovulate.  So that's why I'm asking....do most ppl get sore breasts b/4 they ovualte and b/4 the OPKs even turn positive?  thx

I never ever had ovulation symptoms in my life (well, beyond the change in mucus) until after my last loss & d&C.  Now, as I am moving towards ovulation, I have pregnancy like symptoms almost every month.  It's crazy...sore breasts are the big one, but I also am sometimes naseous.  I have read this is normal stuff.  This also frequently happens as I approach AF.  It's gotten less so in recent months, but it seems to have taken my body a lot longer to return to normal.  And that last d&c was 10 or so months ago.  I know take it as extra reassurance that it's time to get busy..lol.

Thanks abby_92.  I didn't think it was related to the m/c bc I lost all my preg. symptoms almost 3 weeks ago and my breasts were never really sore anyways.  But, it could be related in that my body is now a bit different.  I've never had sore breasts b/4 ovulation and so I wasn't sure if I missed ovualtion or if this is something new for me.  (honestly, I didn't want to keep wasting my OPK's if I have already missed ovulation...so I was trying to figure it out)

I went on to do research and found out that other women do experience sore nipples and breasts b/4 ovulation, so I'll just keep testing.  I am a bit nauseaus this morning too.  So really I think my body is just different since this last m/c.  After my other 2 m/c my body went right back to normal, but I guess any m/c can change it.

imassuming m/c is miscarriage if so theres a chance what your feeling now is related to that. your body has to heal from change. also if your expecting to ovulate soon there a chance the dates are wrong seeing you miscarried. once pregnant your body no longer ovulates until after the birth theres a chance your body was adjusting to the change as being pregnant and then the m/c would have disrupted it causing these symptoms to appear. i would suggest seeing a doctor for more help. im sorry if this helped in no way but i wish you the best of luck!
