thickened endometrial stripe ultrasound results

Ultrasound results yesterday showed thickened endometrial stripe, free fluid in the cal-de-sac of my uterus or endometrium, nabothian cysts noted. Please tell me this is not the end of me ttc! I cried all day yesterday and the doc didn't tell me much at this point except that my lining did not shed completely after my recent period and that my obgyn will be in contact with me on monday. I am so upset that this is affecting my conceiving and possibly my health. Does this mean cancer? Since january 1, I have been experiencing pelvic pain and bled during intercourse. This is what my results were and im very afraid and so hurt. Not to mention I have to wait till monday for more information on my results. This is toture. Please share if you know anything about these three findings! Pray for me!

Retroverted uterus doesnt mean you cant get pg, if that were the case I would have my 2 plus one more on the way.  If your lining didnt shed all the way it just may mean you have a very thick lining that didnt shed all the way.  They will most likely do a biopsy of the lining to see if there are any problems with it.  My lining was too thick an I had to have a d&c to removed it, it was keeping the eggs from implanting and affecting my hormone levels.  I wouldnt worry just yet.  Good luck.
