8 weeks since last period, could I be pregnant?

My period was supposed to come June 25th and I've taken 3 HPTs, each one week apart and they've all been negative. Today I missed my second period in a row. I've been very tired lately, really bad headaches and sick to my stomach off and on during the day. No cramps and I've begun to get body acne which I've never had before (facial acne is worse than normal). I've also been constipated during the day, but come late at night it's the exact opposite. I have weird pains in my abdomen but not in the same place where I get PMS cramps. I'm usually regular and haven't been under any stress (pretty laid back actually and in a great mood)... I don't have health insurance cause I'm 19 and just got kicked off my parents' plan. I'm thinking about getting a blood test done, but I heard they are quite expensive. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks. :)

A HPT is typically accurate about 2 weeks after conception.  You really need to see a doctor - there are several conditions that mimic pregnancy that require treatment.  Its possible that you are pregnant but it doesnt seem likely based on the fact you have had 2 negative tests.

Insurance or not, its time to see a doctor to find out what is causing your symptoms.
