A high pulse rate could it mean early pregnancy

I am 30 years old and have been trying to get pregnant for a 3 months now. I usually have a pulse rate of 89 - 96. This past week it has been 120 and strong. I also have tender breast , spotting my last cyle was feb 11 ,2010 and my cycle coming up is due march 16. I heard having a high pulse rate could be an early sign of pregnancy. does anyone if this could mean I am pregnant

Ive never heard that myself as nickieb85 said the only way to know is test.

I think that there are a lot of different signs that women get. The only way you are going to know for sure is to take a pregnancy test :) Best of luck to you!
