I just recently got pregnant my partner and I didn't have sex.  like you there was only the penis touching the vagina.  I was shocked when i found out I was pregnant.  He doesn't have to finish because guys have precum, which does a lot of times have sperm in it, like in my case.  Good luck with everything!!!

I completely agree with heatherlynn22.

If the penis touches the vagina there is a chance of getting pregnant.  Test 2 weeks later.

There was no penetration, just touching of the penis with the vagina. Is  there any chances of getting pregnant? After how many hours after this happened it can be detected if theres sign of pregnancy? Thank you very much for your reply!

Only when sperm comes in contact with the vagina.

You would have had to have done SOMEthing sexual. but you do not have to be penetrated the full way, if that's what you mean, and he does not have to have "finished". But if you were penetrated a little bit, or if you had sex but he did not finish, you could become pregnant yes. Is that what you were asking?
