I forget all the time...
I went to get my boyfriends and my dinner, and the shop was literally just under a metre away from the car. In the time about 30 seconds walk I completely forgot what he wanted. Just went out my head, so I made it up. I forgot I had to see social services so I went to work instead. Ive forgotten to pick my brother up from school.
If you find anyythin let me know. But dont worry its all normal, as long as you remember who you are, your family and you;re in the right house Im sure its fine!

Not only pregnant girls, but also post partum! My baby is 3 months old and sometimes I feel like I'm getting the beginning periods of alzeheimer lol! I also took (and still take) DHA from day 1 and havent helped. I blame it on being super tired and the hormones of course
I have been doing some reading and saw that if you take more DHA which is Omega 3 it can help to improve cognitive function. Some of th research I read says that the baby uses your DHA so if you dont eat a lot of fish, which when pregnant, we dont, your body can be depleted of it. So there is already some DHA in my prenatal but I went to the healthfood store and got a bottle of pure DHA vitamins I think about 700mg and started taking one of those a day. My OB says its fine to take it. Lets hope I remember to take it everyday and maybe things will improve.
Ladies I hate to say it but memory loss and scatter brain is common among us pregnant girls. When I was a couple of months I lost my keys and still havent found them. LOL I always forgot why I walked in a room and some times don't remember until hours later. My friend and I call it momnesia and just laugh it off.
I am having the same problem. It's real bad when I'm driving. I keep driving to the wrong place and not realizing it till I get there. I also am a scatter brain cook. I'm usually very graceful in the kitchen...not anymore! I don't know that there is much you can do. If you find something out...I would love to know. I'm 10 weeks and it's been going on for a month.
