Help Morning sickness

Hey People!!!!
Well I am just a little over 6 weeks, and i have the worst morning sickness ever, I can't eat, drink, nothing. I know they say a god tip is to have crackers next to your bed and drink lots of water. But i was just wondering if anyone had any other good tips, since the crackers is not working for me, the thought of crackers makes me sick lol. I have been sick for about 5 days now, and i am loosing my patience with it. Because I feel sick all day!!!

I totally understand how you feel. Nothing is working so far with me except ginger tablets. I got Ginger ale, and extra vitamin B6 and 12 along with saltines and it did absolutely nothing. Hang in there. That's what I tell myself every day. It will be over sooner than you think. And, it is worth it. Just eat healthy. Avoid greasy foods as those are known to give women even more nausea. Drink plenty of water, and listen to your body but you've got to eat. Your baby needs the nutrients.
I know how you feel, because I'm right there as well!!

How about ginger ale?  That helped settle my stomach when I was having nausea.  Also, my doctor mentioned you can take a little extra vitamin B6 helps some women and there is this tea at Trader Joe's called Mommy Bliss that is suppose to help (even though I have never tried it).  A few of the girls on here mentioned that there are these braclets called SeaBands.  You can get them at Walgreen's or Target.  I have not tried them, but I have heart a few swear by them.  Mine started to ease up around 9 weeks (12 weeks today), but I still get the occasional.  Hope you feel better!
