Help me, I've got a horrible head cold and I feel like s h i t! Nearly everything I can think of to take you can't have while pregnant.  So what are some good remedies to help me feel better? x

I've been keeping my fluids up and getting rest. Got my vicks on and sipping some tea lol :)
Hopefully it clears up in a couple of days x

For the sore throat cough drops are fine also cinnamon tea and other warm liquids are good for the throat. The headaches and blocked sinuses go hand in hand there are some nasal sprays that are fine but only by RX. Should they become runny benadryl is also fine. Hydration is key while being pregnant. If it becomes hard to breath could be upper respiratory and you should see a Dr. Best wishes hun

My doctor told me i can take claritin. Not Clsritin D, but the regular claritin. And zyrtec is approved also, i have to take zyrtec every day because im allergic to pregnancy :(

Just general symptoms, started with a sore throat, blocked nose, horrible headache. Just generally feeling like death hahah

You can take anything Tylenol. What kind of symptoms are you experiencing?

Peppermint tea, Vicks vapor rub, a humidifier, and a big box of tissues. Wish I had more but I had a bad cold last week and that helped. You can also take cold medicine specifically designed for high blood pressure patients.
