Joint pain in pelvic region?

Starting to get sharp pains on the front-right side of my pelvic region, around the inner side of the joint. Happens just sitting down; not simply under stress like walking or cycling. Really just noticed this today, what could that be? I have chronically loose/hypermobile joints anyway and that hip has a history of going out, so am a little concerned about this development.

really? lol it shouldn't. Yeah have had a lot of round ligament pain around my abs, esp. 7 weeks tomorrow. But this feels different -- more like the bones not the muscles if that makes any sense?

Sounds like round ligament pain. Very common in pregnancy, due to the relaxin and your uterus growing. How many weeks are you?
